I limit the amount of personal information collected to only what is fit for the purpose. I restrict, secure, and control all my information systems against unauthorised access, damage, loss, or destruction; whether physical or electronic. I retain personal information only for as long as is required for the purpose, to respond to your requests, or longer if required by law. While in my possession, together with your assistance, I try to keep your personal information up to date.

How can you access your personal information?

You have the right to request access to any of your personal information I may hold. If any of that information is incorrect, you may request that I correct it. If I am improperly using your information, you may request that I stop using it or even delete it completely. If you would like to make a request or any query about your personal information, please contact me directly as per the contact details herein.

Where it may have been necessary to get your consent to use your personal information, at any moment, you have the right to withdraw that consent. If you withdraw your consent, I will stop using your personal information without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal. We will only keep data where we have a legal obligation such as FICA requirements.

How long do we keep data for?

The time periods for which we keep your information may vary according to the use or purpose attached to the information. Unless there is a specific legal requirement requiring us to keep your information, however, we will not keep it for longer than necessary for the purpose for which the information was collected or for which it is to be processed.
